An aerospace application typically specifies precision bending of thin-walled exotic materials (titanium, Inconel, etc.) which requires extremely specific tooling. To accommodate these specifications, we’ve developed a process that utilizes precision-cut paired tooling and machines with electric bend heads and electric carriages to minimize breakage. Perfect synchronization allows the thin-walled material to be precision bent.
